As soon as you walk through the door, you'll be greeted by the spacious living room with open-plan kitchen , illuminated by a large window overlooking the charming and quiet internal courtyard. There's a comfortable double sofa bed (160x200 cm) and a large round table with four chairs.

Everything you need for short or long stays, with high-quality equipment:

• 4-plate induction hob
• Dolce Gusto espresso machine (with capsules included) and kettle
• Complete dishes and utensils
• Washer/dryer provided, as well as iron and clothes horse

🛏️ Bedroom and Bathroom
The bedroom overlooks the courtyard for a peaceful night's sleep. You'll find a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm), a four-door wardrobe with hangers, and a spacious chest of drawers.

🛀 The bathroom has a large shower with shower head and hand shower. We provide all the essentials: bath mat, bath towel, towel set, shower gel, and hairdryer.

Proof of guest identification is required by law (Article 109 of the Consolidated Law on Public Security). As required by the authorities, guests are required to cooperate in registering their identity documents in compliance with current legislation.
